These terms and conditions govern your use of Iceexch at iceexch.site. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming pages.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account or place a bet on Iceexch. You are responsible for making sure that using our services is lawful in the place where you live. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is true and accurate.

2. Your account

You may hold only one account. Keep your login details private and do not share your account with anyone else. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your login. Tell us straight away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, and we will help you secure it.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits can be made using UPI, net banking and supported wallets, starting from ₹100. Withdrawals are paid to a verified account in your name. We may ask for identity verification before releasing funds, which helps protect you and us from fraud. Most verified withdrawals are processed the same day, though timing can depend on your bank.

4. Bonuses and promotions

Bonuses, including any welcome offer or referral reward, are subject to their own terms, such as wagering requirements and time limits. We may change or withdraw a promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse a bonus, for example through multiple accounts, may lead to the bonus being removed and the account reviewed.

5. Fair play

We expect all members to play fairly. Using software to gain an unfair advantage, colluding with other players, or taking part in any form of manipulation is not allowed. We reserve the right to void bets and suspend accounts where we reasonably believe fair play rules have been broken.

6. Settlement of bets

Bets are settled according to the rules published for each market and the official result of the event. Where an obvious pricing error or technical fault occurs, we may correct or void affected bets. If a market is cancelled or abandoned under its rules, stakes are returned in line with those rules.

7. Responsible gaming

We are committed to safer play. You can set deposit limits, take a cooling-off period or self-exclude at any time from within your account. Please only bet what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, support is available through BeGambleAware and our own team.

8. Limitation of liability

Iceexch is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including network outages or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Iceexch after an update means you accept the revised terms.
